A New Initiative to Support Recovery-Friendly Workplaces Launches in Aiken County

Side by Side Strategies is working with Aiken County, SCORF, Aiken Center, and the Aiken Chamber of Commerce to create a new initiative for Recovery-Friendly Workplaces.

“The Aiken County Resilient Workforce Network: Creating Recovery-Friendly Workplaces is a grant-funded program designed to increase opioid-use literacy, reduce stigma surrounding recovery, and equip employers with practical tools to better support employees and workplace wellness. The initiative is funded through the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund (SCORF) and administered by Aiken County Government, with Aiken Center serving as the primary grant recipient and program lead.”
